A simple slip dress to wear under dresses that are a little sheer. It can also be a nightdress. We designed this slip dress as lots of our Indian handlooms are semi sheer so this gives you an extra bit of coverage. 

Skill level - intermediate.

Suitable fabrics: lightweight wovens such as cotton lawn or voile, cotton poplin, tencel, Indian handlooms, cotton double gauze. Don't go for anything too thick if wearing it as a slip.

You will also need:  Matching thread. 12-17cm of  or fine selvedge.
